1 – Content of the Site
The Site is operated by ADDIS Technologies.
It offers Internet users a number of hardware, software and services related to the dematerialization of documents.

2 - Intellectual Property
The Site constitutes a work of which ADDIS Technologies is the author within the meaning of articles L111.1 and following of the Intellectual Property Code. ADDIS Technologies is a registered trademark over which ADDIS Technologies has exclusive exploitation rights. It is recalled that the photographs present on the Site are considered as works of the mind benefiting from the protection under copyright. Any unauthorized use of any of the photographs constitutes an act of counterfeiting as provided for in article L335-3 of the Intellectual Property Code. In general, the data, programs, musical samples, texts, information, logos, visual identities, animated or still images and their formatting appearing on the Site are the property of ADDIS Technologies or its partners and are protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. All Internet users undertake not to use them and not to allow anyone to use these contents for illegal purposes. Any representation or reproduction, total or partial, permanent or temporary, on a computer and/or paper medium, and by any process whatsoever (in particular by framing*), of one or other of the elements of the Site or services offered, without the prior and express agreement of ADDIS Technologies is prohibited, and constitutes an act of counterfeiting, which may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. Only paper printing is authorized for the purposes of private copying for the exclusive use of the copyist within the meaning of article L122-5 2° of the Intellectual Property Code. No hypertext link to the Site may be installed without the prior and express consent of ADDIS Technologies.

3 - Protection of personal data
3.1 – Mandatory or optional nature of answers
The Internet user can visit the Site without having to disclose his identity and provide personal information. However, he must identify himself to subscribe to the newsletter or contact ADDIS Technologies from the Site. The personal data collected are the surname, first name, company and email address of the Internet user.

3.2 – Purpose of processing
The entry of this data is necessary for ADDIS Technologies to respond to requests for information made by the Internet user on the Site, to operate and improve the Site.
In addition to this information, statistics tools can store IP addresses, as well as other information (time, date, visit time, etc.) in order to establish Site visit statistics. An IP address is nothing more than a number automatically assigned to the computer by the access provider, when using the Internet.

3.3 – Data management
ADDIS Technologies undertakes to comply with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and modified freedoms and to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the personal information entrusted.
No information of a personal nature will be communicated to third-party companies without the prior and informed consent of the Internet user.

4 – Protection of privacy
4.1 – Cookies
A cookie is a text file deposited on the Internet user's hard drive by the server of the website visited by him. It simply creates a random number that records information. Transient cookies are deleted from the Internet user's computer when the browser is closed. Permanent cookies remain stored on the Internet user's computer after the browser is closed, for a period of 15 minutes. Cookies implemented by ADDIS Technologies are intended to facilitate electronic communication. ADDIS Technologies declines all responsibility for any malfunctions that may occur on the Site and lead to loss of data or unavailability of access to the information produced on it.
The elements presented on the Site are subject to change without notice and are made available to Internet users, without any guarantee of any kind, express or tacit. The presence of hypertext links present on the Site - regardless of the prior existence or not of the agreement of ADDIS Technologies - does not create joint and several liability between the latter and the owners of the other sites, as to the content of the sites on which the Internet user is redirected. ADDIS Technologies cannot guarantee the exhaustiveness and veracity of the information present on the Site. 7 - Applicable law and Jurisdiction
All of the information disseminated on the Site and the use made of it is subject exclusively to French law. Only the courts within the jurisdiction of the Court of Appeal of Rennes are competent to hear any disputes related to the use of the Site.
